Land acknowledgment

Zata Soul Healing acknowledges that we are on the ancestral lands of Coast Salish Nations, whose people still steward this land today. This land we occupy embodies a living history shared by many nations, many of whom still fight for Federal recognition. These include the first people of Seattle, the Duwamish People, and this land touches the shared waters of all tribes and bands within the Duwamish, Puyallup, Suquamish, Tulalip and Muckleshoot nations. We recognize and honor with gratitude the land itself and all its Indigenous peoples, past and present.

In Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, Zata Soul Healing offers in-person and virtual yoga, healing/energy services, sound baths, and soul coaching with an emphasis on mind-body-soul integration, breathwork, meditation, and other awareness practices.

I’m Emily Tajuddin, a RYT-500 Yoga & Meditation instructor, Energy Healer, Therapeutic Sound Healer, and Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner. I am also ghost-writing a book on awareness practices, and founded Zata Soul Healing in 2022.

My Journey

In the darkening days of November 2020, when we were all reaching out online for human connection, I found a community of women who gathered in virtual ceremony to celebrate the cycles of the moon. This moon ceremony (and many more after it) led me to a deeper connection with my own inner guidance and to pursue a course in Shamanism. This, in turn, led to multiple trainings in Shamanic Reiki, which led me to a Yoga Teacher Training … and it goes on. I listened to my intuition and moved other things in my life around (with gratitude for being able to do so) to follow where the universe was leading me. In early 2023, after 12 years of law practice and 4+ years as a marketing leader for one of the biggest and most-loved brands in the world, I left my corporate job and began my offerings as a yoga instructor and healer through my newly-founded business, Zata Soul Healing.

My teachers have taught me that I am my own best healer. And I want you to unlock your own magic, just as I have. To come home to yourself, and realize you already have everything you’ve ever needed to live your highest timeline, starting right now. To remove the blocks that stand between your heart and your fully actualized self. It sounds like a lot of woo-woo, I know. I thought so too, and sometimes I still do. I mean, Who am I to be guiding anyone to anything? I can’t possibly know what’s right for you. But you do, and I’d like to help you locate that wisdom and let it set you free.

Join me for a group yoga class to get a little taste of this magic. Also, I’d love to meet you (virtually) in a free connection session to explore further. I can only “teach” the path I’ve walked, and my hope is that I’ve taken a few steps and learned some things that will resonate with you on your own journey.
