Group Sessions

Yoga mats and other props are provided at the studio. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to get settled, use the restroom, have some coffee or tea, and refill your water bottle. Doors close right at class time and no late arrivals will be admitted.

Sound

Immersive Sound Bath

All Levels / 60 minutes

Sound waves can help us access meditative states and open pathways for deep healing. Through the use of Crystal Alchemy and Himalayan singing bowls, spirit drum, and Zaphir chime sounds, I will guide you into a relaxed state and allow you to deeply absorb these frequencies. Experiencing this in community with others in a safe space is truly nourishing.

Yoga + Sound

Yin + Sound Bath

All Levels / 60 minutes

In this class, you will be guided into Yin and/or Restorative yoga postures to rest and receive the healing vibrations of sound. Instruments offered may include crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, native flute, sung mantra, chimes, spirit drumming, and more. Sound healing techniques use frequency and intention to gently transition you from a normal waking state of consciousness (beta brain waves) to a highly relaxed state of consciousness (delta/theta brain waves). In this relaxed state, your own innate healing abilities are able to work more effectively to bring you back into optimal vibrational alignment that enhances overall health and well-being. We pair sound in this class with long-held postures that encourage passive, deep stretching beyond muscles into connective tissue (Yin) and fully supported relaxation poses (Restorative), with both options always available.

Gentle Vinyasa Flow + Sound Bath

All Levels / 60 minutes

This gentle vinyasa flow class fosters grounding as well as opening poses, includes a guided meditation, and culminates with a relaxing and healing sound bath during savasana. No prior yoga experience is needed.

Kundalini Yoga

Introduction to Kundalini Yoga

Beginner / 60 minutes

Kundalini Yoga traces its roots to ancient Vedic texts and uses breathwork, chanting, meditation, and movement to cultivate the flow of positive energy within your body. Like other types of yoga, it can help to reduce stress and anxiety, and it has also been shown to improve cognitive function, increase self-awareness, and cultivate body/mind positivity. Kundalini is less focused on postures, though it does incorporate patterns of movement combined with breathwork and chanting. At Zata Soul Healing, each Kundalini Yoga class includes one or more "kriyas" or sets of exercises combined to achieve a specific effect, such as improving digestion, calming a busy mind, cultivating inner willpower, or strengthening one's energetic field. Expect to feel challenged, nourished, and refreshed by these ancient, mindful practices!

This intro class will include basic poses, breath techniques, and mantras. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed.

Kundalini Yoga: Breathwork, Movement, Meditation & Mantra

At Zata Soul Healing, each Kundalini Yoga class includes one or more "kriyas" or sets of exercises combined to achieve a specific effect, such as improving digestion, calming a busy mind, cultivating inner willpower, or strengthening one's energetic field. Expect to feel challenged, nourished, and refreshed by these ancient, mindful practices!

While this class includes less coverage of fundamentals than our Intro to Kundalini class, all levels are welcome and encouraged to attend. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed.

This class incorporates elements of Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Guided Meditation to bring you into closer connection with yourself and your inner wisdom, love, and power. You will be invited to release energies that are no longer serving and call in what is needed for increased vitality, clarity, and peace. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed.

Free Community Class

All Levels / 60 minutes

This free community class offers a combination of healing modalities unique to Zata Soul Healing. You will be guided through a journey of movement, breathwork, meditation, sound, and stillness to cultivate the flow of positive energy within your body. Each class ends with a period of rest accompanied by a mini-sound bath. Expect to feel challenged, nourished, and refreshed by both ancient and modern mindful practices.

This class is a perfect sampler if you have never experienced a Sound Bath, Yin/Restorative Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, or Meditation. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed.
