Originating in Japan and used in many cultures for over 2500 years, this healing modality moves static or blocked energy out of the body. In scientific studies on the effects of Reiki, significant improvements in anxiety, pain, and sleep quality have been documented. In a Reiki session, I will channel universal life force energy into your body, either through gentle touch or by placing my hands near your body. All you need to do is relax, and the energy will go exactly where it is needed to heal, replenish, and nurture you.

Shamanic Reiki combines traditional Reiki with older practices that connect with nature and its elements, animals, plants, and spirits. I will gently guide you on a journey of visualization, imagination, and intuition. You may meet your spirit guides, ancestors, and power animals and receive their help and guidance to clear and balance your energy body. You will emerge feeling more attuned to the synchronicities and signs that the universe is offering to support you on your path.

Sound waves can help you access meditative states and open pathways for your body to do its own best healing. Through the use of singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, chimes, gong, mantra, and more, I will offer healing frequencies to both foster deep relaxation and to focus your awareness on breath and the experience of your senses. We may also target specific challenges across multiple layers of you—body, mind, and soul.

Additional healing modalities for your session can include chakra balancing, exploration of Ayurveda or Enneagram, ceremony and ritual, oracle cards, and energy clearing to guide you toward more balance and clarity. We can also work together to help you let go of what no longer serves you. Whether it be guilt, emotional tension, grief, grudges, or old beliefs, we can locate these energies in your energetic body, transmute them, and release them for return to the universe.
