Sound waves can help us access meditative states and open pathways for deep healing. Through the use of Crystal Alchemy and Himalayan singing bowls, spirit drum, and Zaphir chime sounds, I will guide you into a relaxed state and allow you to deeply absorb these frequencies. Experiencing this in community with others in a safe space is truly nourishing.

1:1 Sound Healing Sessions
In a private session, we will set an intention for your healing together. Then, I will guide you into a relaxed state and offer a variety of instruments and sounds to promote your highest healing. I may place singing bowls and tuning forks directly on your body to provide targeted frequencies. Private sessions include cleansing of your auric field and ritual opening and closing of sacred space.
