Zata’s in-person Yoga classes include Yin, Restorative, and Kundalini styles appropriate for all levels of experience. Encourage flexibility in the spine, build core strength at your own pace, and move energy powerfully through your body. Through a combination of movement and breathwork, we also prepare our minds and bodies to connect with stillness. Most classes include meditation, mantra, and music/sound healing.

During your session, I will guide you in a combination of asanas (Hatha, Vinyasa, or Yin yoga) and kriyas (Kundalini yoga sequences) as well as meditation or mantra to support your current body, energy, and emotional needs. Yoga Nidra is also an option for deep relaxation and connection to your higher mind. We will co-create the optimal movement and breath practices to support you and your desires for the session.
